While we maintain certain limitations on returns and refunds due to the nature of our products, we believe these policies are fair and necessary for customized furniture manufacturing.


Customized Product Policy

Most of the furniture offered by Divine Home is custom-made according to the customer’s specifications, including size, color, fabric, or design.

Because these products are specially manufactured:

  • Customized items cannot be returned or refunded.

  • If there is any manufacturing defect or issue, our team will repair or fix the product.

We do not provide refunds or accept returns for customized furniture orders.

If the size, design, or color has been selected or customized by the customer, the product will be treated as a customized item.


Non-Refundable Purchases

The following products cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Assembled or disassembled furniture

  • Opened sofas, beds, or installed MDF furniture

  • Installed furniture or fitted items

  • Used bedding items (including bed linens, duvets, pillows, or pillow-tops)

  • Mattresses or upholstered products without the original law label

  • Made-to-measure or custom-manufactured products

  • Products that have been modified, altered, washed, or used


Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order (online or through a sales representative).

After 24 hours:

  • Cancellation requests may not be accepted.

  • Any approved cancellation may include bank or transaction charges, depending on the payment amount.

Customized orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started.


Repairs & Product Issues

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or issue, please contact us immediately.

Our team will evaluate the issue and provide a repair or resolution where applicable.
