Divine Home specializes in custom-made luxury furniture, including sofas, armchairs, Arabic majlis, L-shape sofas, and premium interior furnishing solutions.
By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
2. Products & Descriptions
All products offered by Divine Home are brand new, unused, and manufactured to order or supplied in premium condition.
We strive to ensure product images, colors, dimensions, and descriptions are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or natural material differences.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details including size, material, color, and design before placing an order. Divine Home is not liable for minor variations between website images and the final product.
3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham)
- Prices and promotions may change without prior notice
- Full payment is required to confirm and process orders
- Orders will not be delivered until payment is completed
- Divine Home retains ownership of products until full payment is received
4. Shipping & Delivery
Divine Home provides delivery services across the UAE. Our delivery team will contact you to schedule delivery.
Delivery includes:
- Delivery to home or building entrance
- Basic assembly (if applicable)
- Removal of packaging (if required)
Customers must ensure furniture can fit through doors, elevators, stairways, and hallways. If delivery is not possible due to access limitations, additional charges or cancellation fees may apply.
5. Order Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation (Within 1 Business Day)
Customers may cancel their order within one (1) business day of purchase without any charges.
After 1 Business Day
- Production or material costs may apply
- Delivery charges may apply
- Restocking fees (for ready-made items)

Cancellation is only confirmed once officially approved by Divine Home.
6. Damages, Repairs & Claims
All products are inspected before delivery. However, damages may occur during transportation.
Customers must report any damage within 3 working days of receiving the product.
Possible solutions include:
- Repair service
- Replacement parts
- Full replacement (if applicable)
- Technician inspection
Custom-made furniture is non-returnable but may be repaired if needed.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns are only accepted for non-customized items under the following conditions:
- Item is unused and in original packaging
- Return request is submitted within the allowed period
- Item is in resellable condition
Custom-made items are not eligible for return.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval.
8. Customer Responsibilities
- Review order details before confirmation
- Ensure furniture fits in the space
- Measure doors, hallways, elevators, and access points
- Complete payment before delivery
9. Errors on the Website
While we aim for accuracy, Divine Home does not guarantee that product descriptions, pricing, or availability are error-free.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, cancel orders, or contact customers if necessary.
10. Warranty
Selected products may include a limited warranty depending on design and materials.
Warranty does not cover:
- Misuse or improper handling
- Normal wear and tear
- Customer-caused damage
