Divine Home retains ownership of any products ordered until full payment has been received.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Remove packaging materials after installation

Order Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order, customers must contact Divine Home via phone or email.

Cancellation requests are only considered valid once confirmed by Divine Home.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order without any cancellation fees.

After this period:

  • Cancellation requests may be subject to administrative or bank processing charges.

  • Customized furniture orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Divine Home makes every effort to process and deliver orders as quickly as possible unless a customer specifically requests a delayed delivery.


Damaged Products

Divine Home carefully packages and handles all deliveries to ensure products arrive in excellent condition.

However, if damage occurs during delivery:

  • Customers must report the issue within 3 working days of receiving the product.

For verified damage claims, Divine Home may:

  • Repair the product

  • Replace defective parts

  • Arrange professional furniture repair services

These solutions will be provided at no additional cost to the customer where applicable.

For customized products, returns are not accepted; however, repair services will be provided if necessary.


Payment Policy

All outstanding balances must be fully paid before delivery.

Orders with incomplete payment will not be dispatched until full payment is received.


Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Measuring the space where furniture will be placed

If an item cannot fit inside the home due to incorrect measurements by the customer, the order will be subject to the Divine Home cancellation policy.
